IPA - West Coast - 7% ABV

Mashed with local barley from our friends at Carolina Malt House along with a dash of dextrin malt and a pinch of flaked oats. Fermented with our preferred clean house ipa yeast strain. Hopped intensely with hand-selected amarillo, citra, mosaic and simcoe. Fermented completely for a decidedly dry finish and cold conditioned for beautifully brilliant clarity.

Pernicious is our flagship India Pale Ale. With minimum malt complexity, we dry hop this beer with nearly twice the normal amount of hops typical to this style. The combination of juicy, tropical fruit-forward hops with heavy resinous American hops is the epitome of a West Coast IPA, made right here in the Southeast.

South Line Brewing Company's house Slow Pour Pilsner is a German Lager which is light, crisp and packs just enough bitterness to keep you coming back. The large pillowy head on top brings out all the floral notes from the Hallertauer hops used in the boil. After a long cold fermentation this beer is lagered for up to 8 weeks before packaging.
